About me
I am a Customer Success Specialist with McGraw Hill and the Northeast region. I currently hold certifications for the following MH products: Achieve3000, Actively Learn, ALEKS, ALEKS Adventure, and MH+.I am a former high school English teacher with 20 years of experience in the classroom. I spent five years in central office as an Instructional Assessment Analyst, K-12 World Languages and Secondary ELA Instructional Specialist for Richmond Public Schools. I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Spanish from Hollins University in Roanoke, Virginia. I later pursued a master’s in education degree as a Reading Specialist at Virginia Commonwealth University and completed a Post Master’s Certificate in Administration and Supervision.I holds a master’s level teaching license in all three areas of study for the state of Virginia.
